- A refreshingly cordial professional. I was very surprised when Mr. Parker answered the phone on my first call to the office. I'd called three other tax accounting firms before Mr. Parker's, only because they were closer to my location, and all three of them let my call go to voice mail which led me to believe they were screening calls to determine how much money, if any, they were going to be able to get out of the customer (I've grown cynical from years of experience). Surprisingly, again, Mr. Parker gladly agreed to meet with me the same day to answer some of my tax questions. When I arrived, Mr. Parker took about 10 minutes to answer my few questions and, the biggest surprise of all, he didn't even charge me for the professional advice. He actually told me it wasn't necessary for him to really do anything for me so he wouldn't feel right charging me. He said he loved what he did and just asked that I recommend him if anyone needed his services. Well, I'd recommend anyone to contact him for tax assistance. - God tremendously blessed me when He lead me to Mr Walker's office years ago when I thought I had hit rock bottom. I had recently lost my beloved Dad. My job was no longer available after returning from Family Medical leave. I had to use my retirement funds to stay afloat the previous year and little did I know about being taxed twice for withdrawing early. I walked into his office in tears but left with peace of mind.
