I'd called three other tax accounting firms before Mr. Parker's, only because they were closer to my location, and all three of them let my call go to voice mail which led me to believe they were screening calls to determine how much money, if any, they were going to be able to get out of the customer (I've grown cynical from years of experience). Surprisingly, again, Mr. Parker gladly agreed to meet with me the same day to answer some of my tax questions.
